All SamaWoman deliveries outside LAGOS, Nigeria are powered by DHL and can be tracked with a tracking number that will be issued to you.

Delivery duration

Production time is 7-10 business days
Delivery time (Lagos) is 1-2 Business days
Delivery time (Interstate) is 2-5 Business days
Delivery time (International) is 5-7 Business days

Please note that Deliveries are not carried out during weekends or public holidays

On occasions where the item(s) purchased is needed urgently, kindly state it on the order note on the website or send an email stating the date the product(s) is needed.

All Delivery costs vary according to the location and weight of the item(s).

For complaints concerning deliveries such as ‘exceeded delivery time’ kindly send a mail to our customer support team.

Custom charges

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. For international orders, Custom/import charges may apply.

Please note that SamaWoman is not responsible for the payment of these charges. And all charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Note: In the case where the recipient has refused to pay for the charges, and the parcel is returned to us by the courier service, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Change of delivery details

In a case where you intend to change your delivery address or contact details, kindly send an email with your order name and number to

– Please note that this may delay the delivery further if it has already been processed for delivery.

– If the delivery has already reached the initial delivery address, a change of address will require an additional fee which you will pay.

Failed delivery attempt

If an attempt to deliver your item fails due to your unavailability, incorrect address or phone number, a second delivery will be attempted, after which you’ll be required to pay for the cost of any other attempt. If anything is unclear or you have more questions, contact our customer support team.
