- Proof of payment should be provided before a return, refund or exchange.
- No return on goods made with provided measurement. All sales are final. However, Alterations can be done at a fee.
- We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in the original unused condition including original tags.
- All merchandise should be returned within 10 business days after delivery for a different size, style or store credit.
- Returned items must include tags intact.
- In a case where the purchase comes with a free promotional item, you will be required to send it back alongside the purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions will be will not be exchanged, and will be sent back. Once your product is retrieved, a thorough inspection will be done and If the quality check is successful, the item will be exchanged. Please Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, the product will be sent back.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days to process your return upon arriving at our warehouse.
All Sale items (Black Friday and Clearance items ) are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless it was the wrong size or style you receive.
Sama Woman is not responsible for return expenses. All items being returned and delivery costs are borne by the customer wishing to make a return. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are Damaged.
We do not offer refunds at the moment.
All Exchanges are done via the SamaWoman Exchange Voucher. The voucher issued will be equal to the value of the product you ordered excluding delivery charges. SamaWoman Exchange Voucher will be used as a coupon code to purchase any item.
The voucher remains valid for 30 calendar days only. The exchange voucher can be used on several purchases, till the amount is exhausted.
A voucher number will be issued to you and below are the steps on how to use it.
- Add order to the cart as you would when paying with your card/bank.
- On checkout, input the voucher in the coupon section.
- The amount of the order will be deducted and the balance will remain.
- If the amount of the order exceeds the voucher balance, you will need to complete the balance with your card/bank.
The total amount spent will be deducted from your voucher amount.
