  All SamaWoman deliveries outside LAGOS, Nigeria are powered by DHL and can be tracked with a tracking number that will be issued to you. Delivery time is 5-10 Business days. Please note that Deliveries are not carried out during weekends or public holidays.   Returns & Exchanges

  Reasons for Returns/Exchange should be one of the following. - Damaged goods - Wrong sizing. Sama Woman is not responsible for return expenses. All items being returned and delivery costs are borne by the customer wishing to make a return. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are Damaged. Once your product is retrieved, a thorough inspection will be done and If the quality check is successful, the item will be exchanged.
