  Production time is 10-15 business days (Wholesale is 25-40 business days). Please note that orders containing multiple items may require additional production time.

  Delivery time (Interstate) is 2-5 business days
  Delivery time (International) is 5-7 business days
  
  USA Delivery: Please be informed that, due to the new tariff policies under the Trump administration, all packages going to the United States(from the 29th August 2025)—regardless of carrier or declared value—are now subject to import duty. Shipments may not be released until the applicable duties are paid.

  • All SamaWoman deliveries outside LAGOS, Nigeria, are powered by UPS/DHL.
  • Please note that deliveries are not carried out on weekends or public holidays.

  Returns & Exchanges

  Reasons for Returns/Exchange should be one of the following.

  • Damaged goods
  • Wrong sizing.

  Sama Woman is not responsible for return expenses. All items being returned and delivery costs are borne by the customer wishing to make a return. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are Damaged. Once your product is retrieved, a thorough inspection will be done and If the quality check is successful, the item will be exchanged. Please Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, the product will be sent back. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days to process your return upon arriving at our warehouse.
