  All SamaWoman deliveries outside LAGOS, Nigeria are powered by DHL and can be tracked with a tracking number that will be issued to you. Delivery time is 5-10 Business days. Please note that Deliveries are not carried out during weekends or public holidays. On occasions where the item(s) purchased is needed urgently, kindly state it on the order note on the website or send an email stating the date the product(s) is needed.   Returns & Exchanges

  Reasons for Returns/Exchange should be one of the following. - Damaged goods - Wrong sizing. Sama Woman is not responsible for return expenses. All items being returned and delivery costs are borne by the customer wishing to make a return. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are Damaged. Once your product is retrieved, a thorough inspection will be done and If the quality check is successful, the item will be exchanged. Please Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, the product will be sent back. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days to process your return upon arriving at our warehouse.
