  Returns & Exchanges

  Reasons for Returns/Exchange should be one of the following.

  • Damaged goods
  • Wrong sizing.

  Sama Woman is not responsible for return expenses.
  
  All items being returned and delivery costs are borne by the customer wishing to make a return. 
  
  Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are Damaged.
  
  Once your product is retrieved, a thorough inspection will be done and If the quality check is successful, the item will be exchanged.
  Please Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, the product will be sent back.
